Our Story
Marie and Kevin share their love for food and hospitality, they met in 2006 while working in London and then they continued to explore and work together around the world. In 2010 they took over L’auberge du Marcassin in Revest des Brousses, transforming it into the restaurant Lupin Blanc which quickly gained an outstanding reputation for its succulent food, atmosphere, and the ability to bring people together through any occasion. They love to be creative and stand out, bringing together taste and visual to surprise and amaze their guests.
Our chef Kevin grew up on the south coast of England. After training in classic French cuisine, he spent time in London working for renowned Michelin star chefs, restaurants, and hotels. His love for travel took him around the world, exploring different styles of cuisine in the likes of Australia, Asia, Canada, and the Cayman Islands. Influenced by his travels, he is constantly seeking out high-quality produce and new flavours. He loves nothing more than to draw on his passions and culinary experiences, and it is his pleasure to bring them to your table.
Marie is a native of Haute Provence, growing up on a truffle farm, she always had a love for great food and quality produce. After graduating from catering school, she headed off on her own travels, working in St Tropez, Paris, London and the Caribbean . Her skill and passion allowed her to work for the best and with the best, in some of the finest hotels and gastronomic restaurants around the world. Returning now to her Provençal roots with a creative flair and an eye for detail, she is happy to give your event the personal touch and make it one to remember.
